Palette uses AI to evaluate public and user-submitted information about media titles. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every report is complete, correct, or appropriate for every family.

5.2 User Contributions
You may submit feedback, ratings, and comments. By doing so:

• You grant Palette a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
• You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Palette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.
